- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly simple: $25 for a half hour session (the most common personal training session time) $40 for a full hour $40 for a half hour for 2 people No contract is required, but I do offer an initial 12 week contract that more often than not helps people stay committed to the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As of 2015, I am fully certified as a Master Fitness Trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers. I also am a certified Level 1 Nutrition Specialist through Precision Nutrition. I can write diet plans for any apparently healthy individuals based on their personal goals
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most people are either looking to lose fat, gain muscle, or a combination of both. It is my job to guide the client through an exercise and nutrition program based specifically on them as a person. I don't do cookie cutter fitness programs. Everything will be tailored to each individual.
