- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two types of sessions. A half hour session is $30, and a full hour session is $50. I offer a discount if you choose to do virtual sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting would be a consultation where we discuss goals, general health, nutrition habits, and get to know each other. The second meeting would be getting a baseline point. We would do basic measurements and do a mini fitness assessment to see where we are starting with strength and endurance. From there we will build a program that is right for you and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree from Ohio State and I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association
