Introduction: Hi there -- Originally from the Southern Ohio area, I left to get my education and work in California and so I'm back in Southern Ohio working on a long-term project. Now with 15 years experience shooting portraits, weddings, engagements, babies, tv stills and editorial fashion photos of some of the coolest people you know (Guy Fieri, Gary Sinise, Robert Irvine, Debi Mazar, Demi Moore to name a few) I'm here and available for you! I think most of a photographer's job is to be in the moment and freely empower whoever is in front of their lens to be themselves and be free to let themselves relax. I take pride in talking through particulars and ensuring that you have a really great experience, even for the smallest of shoots. I may be a few dollars more, but do look at and see the quality of work, resolution and experience that you have access to by booking me! Quality and experience doesn't come second, it comes first, and while others may shoot with DSLRs, I shoot with medium format cameras and sometimes on film for maximum resolution and amazing results. I can pretty much guarantee no other photographer is shooting on this quality of camera in the area. I'm generally interested in doing these shoots: portraits (environmental) realtors social media photos engagements wedding/wedding party portraits maternity baby photos editorial shoots for models or those who want to be models or actors (modeling/acting agencies) corporate portraits headshots fashion editorials Deposits are required upon booking the day/time. What's included? Myself, prep, travel and my medium format camera/lenses for the time booked. I'll deliver an online edited folder of JPEG images which will be lightly edited for color balance and exposure and optimal skin tone. But don't worry I try my best to get images captured beautifully in camera! What's not included? I use a professional retoucher, so if you want that it's extra, as is any location fees or permits if needed. If we need to do some location scouting to get some of the bigger shots that you feel you might want, that may be necessary, and it's not included. If it's a bigger shoot, we may need to rent additional equipment, trucks, generators, specialty lenses - that's not included. Digital tech/Tethering the camera isn't included (tethering is often useful). Props or set construction or grip equipment isn't included. If you want a stylist and/or hair and makeup, or if it's a larger shoot and I need an assistant or grips to help -- that's not included in the price. Nor is catering/craft services if needed (and/or over 6 hours). We can discuss the pricing of each and see what matches your location, timing, my needs and of course your budget. In any shoot, I don't mind about how many looks or outfits you have or want, we will make a good plan and try to execute accordingly to get through everything. My goal is to get you some amazing selects even if we have 1 hour or 8 hours. I love what I do, am passionate about it, and strive for perfection. I would like to think you come on time, prepared, wardrobe steamed and hung (unless there's a stylist), well slept, drinking plenty of water and no alcohol at least several days before shooting with me - brides and grooms are exceptions! :) With all that, I can only promise you to give you photographs that will stand the test of time whether you're soon-to-be or newly married, the #1 realtor, attorney, mom, dad, graduate, lovers, past or even a future celebrity.
