FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe I offer the best value out there. A brand you can trust and experience to get you through the tough spots. If you think you've decided on someone, call me in for a second opinion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are a buyer I want to meet with you first and go over everything you should know BEFORE you start looking. Let's get you up to speed on the latest real estate contract, inspections, earnest money, loans, etc. and go from there. It's important to do things in the right order. Anyone can take you out and show homes, know the details first. If you are a seller let's take a look at your home and see what buyers would think of it. I've shown thousands of homes over the years and know what buyers want and expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A big part of real estate is marketing. I have a marketing degree from Wright State University. Another big part of real estate is the business side. I earned an MBA from Wright State as well that helps me deal with that end. I continued my formal education in the real estate field and earned a CRS designation- Certified Residential Specialist. This is the highest designation in the real estate field. I earned it to set myself apart from the others. I have also earned the SRS - Seller Representative Specialist and PSA - Pricing Strategy Advisor certifications. Credentials are important in any business and I want to stand out from the crowd to better service my clients.
