Shawn is amazing!!! When we sent a request for information, he responded the same day. He was professional the whole time we worked with him, listened to what we wanted in a home, and found many for us to choose from. He was always on time for our walkthroughs, and did a great job explains the process to us and showing us homes through FaceTime. Having to move cross country was difficult but Shawn made finding and buying a home easy and helped lower our stress levels. We look forward to working with him again in the future!!

For buyers looking to purchase a home, the cost of using a real estate agent is paid by the seller. Buyers do not pay the commission to the agent. I work for you and represent your best interests in the transaction.
For sellers, the real estate commissions are typically 6% of the sales price, 3% to the selling agent and 3% to the buying agent.
