Introduction: I provide building inspection and referral services. I have over 35 years in industrial/commercial facilities maintenance along with residential inspections. I became aware of the lackluster services many provide. Having witnessed my new neighbor almost electrocute himself on an 'inspected' 220v hot tub disconnect wiring, and reviewing many issues with the reporting, I decided there was a better way for people to know more about what they were buying. I will spend the necessary time to review all systems (plumbing, electrical work, and heating/HVAC), structure, foundation, and condition with detailed reporting on problem or problematic areas of concern. Also, I'm reporting of rot, mold, pests, drywall/plaster, doors/windows, insulation, fixtures (plumbing/electrical) and any other noteworthy issues. No worthy inspection is worth the hazards not known to life, limb, or finances! I'm not driven by how many, and how quickly I can do in a day! Fees start at $250 and dependent on the size and scope of the services requested.
