Extremely Disappointed Unprofessional, Poor Workmanship, and Abandoned JobI cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience with this contractor. If I could leave lesser stars, I would. What should have been a straightforward home improvement project turned into an absolute nightmare.After receiving the second installment payment, which exceeded the value of the work completed at that point, Ryan, the owner, failed to follow through on his contractual obligations, ultimately leaving the job unfinished.The painting subcontractors workmanship was absolutely unacceptable. They failed to take even the most basic precautions to protect my home. Nothing was taped off, and no protective coverings were placed over the carpet or flooring. Paint cans were placed directly on the carpet, leaving paint rings, and paint splatters and drips were left throughout the home, including on the floors, showers, sinks, toilets, ceilings, and other surfaces. The drywall repair they did was an even bigger disappointment.They also left behind debris and a mess that should never have been my responsibility to clean up.What made this experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of accountability and follow-through from Ryan. He repeatedly committed to specific dates and times when workers would return to complete the remaining work, only for no one to show up. Instead of honoring those commitments, there was one excuse after another, with absolutely no resolution.As a homeowner, I entered into this agreement in good faith, trusted that the work would be completed professionally, and made the agreed-upon payments. In return, I was left with unfinished work, damage and paint throughout my home, and the added frustration of dealing with broken promises.The lack of professionalism, respect for my property, quality workmanship, and accountability is beyond disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this contractor to think twice. No homeowner should have to repeatedly chase down a contractor to fulfill a signed agreement, especially after substantial payments have already been made. He is now ghosting me after agreeing in writing that I overpaid and that he would figure out a solution.I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience and would absolutely not recommend this company.
