Sri Yoga Center

Introduction: Sri Yoga Center has been a spiritual/healing/community gathering center in Dayton for the past 5 years. The 9,000 square foot facility is the old revamped Druids Building located in Old North Dayton. It hosts a mirad of classes, trainings, events, workshops, community gatherings, healing arts, spiritual groups, and more. Yoga classes are offered for literally every type of individual: hot yoga, power/flow yoga, gentle and therapeutic yoga, teen yoga, family yoga, kids yoga, chair yoga (for those who can't get in the floor), and meditation. Sri Yoga staff and teachers also work with individuals privately, with large corporations, and with special interest groups. Sri hosts yearly training programs and teaches individuals to become yoga teachers. It is the meeting ground for spiritual groups such as Reiki/drum circles, Reiki trainings, churches, and local artists. Sri Yoga offers healing arts and services such as massage therapy, Reiki, and natural/holistic self-healing guidance. Each year, Sri brings in multiple world-renown guest teachers and speakers which attract people from all over Ohio and the surrounding states. Sri Yoga is currently working on a service project, The Jai Garden Project, in which they hope to grow and donate 10 tons of food to local food banks and shelters.
