Introduction: I am trained in hatha yoga. I teach a variety of practices that include asana (postures), pranayama (breathe work) and meditation. Styles of yoga that I teach are vinyasa, power and hatha. Private sessions are tailored to the clients' need and wishes. I have my RYT 200 and 500 and follow the sri vidya tradition of yoga.
