- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for our plumbing services with our highly experienced plumbing professionals. We give over the phone pricing, so you know what to expect before the job begins. We offer discounts for our first responders, seniors, military, and veterans. When scheduling service, we do have a processing fee that would be charged when our customers pay with a card payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer service team is standing by to make sure you receive outstanding service from your first call. Our team will start by listening about your need for plumbing service. They will then provide you with pricing and availability and what to expect. From there, we will schedule the dispatch to one of our experienced technicians. Our professional plumber will contact you before arrival at your home perform the work that was discussed over the phone.

We are licensed, bonded and insured.
