I do not generally take time to write a review, but Eli’s Paving did such an exceptional job that I wanted to let others know. From the up front proposal to prompt service, honest on-site assessment as issues arose, and helpful post-work walk-thru, company owner Alex was friendly and professional. His employees clearly knew their jobs and were committed to doing things properly, despite the hard work this job entailed. Eli’s Paving was easy to work with, nothing hidden, and got it all done in an amazingly short time. A person can’t go wrong with having Eli’s paving do the job right.
Overall I am happy with the driveway. My two big focus items were cost and quality and they hit those two items. I kept close attention to the work being completed and other than a few small asks, everything went well. They also paved 7 other driveways in our area.
As mentioned, the top two focus items were cost and quality. Given that, they delayed the install multiple times and were very late on our final scheduled start time. However I was prepared for this and came into this knowing that schedules may shift. A recommendation to anyone hiring them is to have the right expectation, you'd hate to be disappointed because of scheduling issues when the cost and product is nice.
I didn't give 5 stars because of the scheduling and they are a bit messy. I cleaned up for a few hours after they left, but I expected that.
Show up for their appointments, scheduled several days in advance, did not show up, called them and they rescheduled, then they called to reschedule again. I told them missed opportunity. Seems very unorganized and
