- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing can be found on our Service Request Form located on our website. All of our pricing is up front and honest. There are NO hidden fees or charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with the submission of the Service Request Form which can be found on our website. This ensures we will have ALL the accurate information we need to best serve our customer. From making sure we know exactly what areas the customer wants cleaned to making sure the job is properly scheduled with the correct number of technicians and accurate pricing. We do our best to assess each individual job and make sure we are able to properly meet and exceed the customer's expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and have successfully owned and managed Dry Step Carpet Care & Duct Cleaning since 2000. I have professionally cleaned carpets for over 16 years and owned a home for over 20, so I understand and appreciate the pride, expense and work involved in home ownership and properly maintaining a home. I have since passed all this training, knowledge and experience onto my excellent technicians.
