We do a through safety inspection to insure everything is in working order before we lift a big heavy door, some times the issue stands right out and some times it can take hours to reenact a sporadic problem. The worst part of garage door service is "unlike lawn service" we only get to visit our wonderful customers 1 time :o) Thanks Bill

This is one of the most professional and satisfactory jobs I've had done. Communication was easy and to the point. He came at really short notice; 8 a.m the next day, did a thorough diagnostics and recommended replacement of my garage door opener. I didn't hesitate one minute! I had a new garage door opener barley an hour later! To crown it all, he promised stopping by in case of issues with the unit. I highly recommend Ridgeway garage door repair to anyone.
