Bill responded quickly, assessed the problem via a photo texted to him and made arrangements to come out within hours. He examined the garage door and recommended another needed repair (besides the broken spring) and fixed both pronto! Bill was thorough, conscientious, and guarantees his work. He told me if there are any problems, to call him and he would come out right away to fix them. He also gave me advise on getting another remote for the door opener.

Bill responded within 3 minutes of my request for service online - my garage door spring broke and the cables were unwound. He said he could come out in 30 minutes & he did, and fixed it within another 30 minutes. Wow! Great service for reasonable rate! I highly recommend him and Ridge Way Garage Door Repair!

We had a spring on our garage door break the Saturday before Easter and Bill got the new springs, installed them, everything worked right. About 9PM the motor on the opener burned out , so I called Bill. Early Easter morning he arrived and installed a new motor and rail. He could easily have put me off until Monday, but he didn't. He did stop by on Monday and hooked up a new key pad for me. Talk about above and beyond! He was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent job is all that I can say reasonably priced and fair Bill definitely knows his job he came to my house seen the problem immediately and fixed it in no time at all, he even changed the light bulb in my garage I would definitely recommend him Thanks a lot Bill Happy new year to you and yours 😊🤗

We do a through safety inspection to insure everything is in working order before we lift a big heavy door, some times the issue stands right out and some times it can take hours to reenact a sporadic problem. The worst part of garage door service is "unlike lawn service" we only get to visit our wonderful customers 1 time :o) Thanks Bill
