I have 20+years of construction experience. I've done just about everything you can think of to a house inside and out. Some of my earliest childhood memories are of my dad taking me to different jobs it's, giving me nails and a hammer, and telling me to go build something. It was an effective "babysitter". I've since held several different positions in the construction industry. I started framing houses in high-school, then went into interior remodeling, interior and exterior painting, hvac, electrical, and everything in-between. I've always taken pride in my work and strive to make customers happy.

Stephen has become our “go to guy” for nearly all of our general contracting and maintenance needs. The first job we hired him for was to remodel our bathroom and put in a new floor (photos provided). I was worried about how it would look taking out the bath tub and adding just a walk in shower. He did a great job at putting my mind at ease and periodically would check in with me just to make sure I felt good about the direction of the project and design choices I had made for the remodel. It all turned out beautifully, exceeded any expectations I had. He was there every time he said he would be, was consistent, communicated well, answered all 3,000 questions I had and made this process actually exciting and so easy for us. He was always communicative and clear on prices and billing, even receiving an itemized ledger at the conclusion of the job. We appreciated his work ethic and genuinely enjoyed working with Stephen so much that we have since hired him to clean out gutters, power wash condo, assist in holiday decorating/putting up outdoor lights, hang shelves, lights and decor. Even hired him last winter for snow and ice removal from our drive way and side walks. Not to mention the many repairs he’s managed to save us a ton on. Such as replacing our washers drain pump, figured out why some of our outlets weren’t working, repaired it, EVEN replacing the breaks, rotors, calipers and charging my oil in my SUV. I appreciate that he’s upfront with his knowledge and isn’t afraid to tell me if he doesn’t think he’s best suited for the job, either bringing in additional professionals to ensure quality or will gather resources and information for me for better equipped professionals. I can’t express how truly grateful we are to find someone who shows up when he says, never disappeared in the middle, was transparent with finances, was pleasant to deal with and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. We look forward the new closet he is putting in for us now and he will continue to be our “go to guy” for anything we may need in the future.
