Jim did an awesome job of installing the shower doors. His attention to detail was astounding and he made it a point to insure that everything worked exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend Jim for anything he says he can do. In fact, I am planning to use Jim on some other tasks in my house, and feel confident he will exceed my expectations. Thanks, Jim.
Put in cable tv outlet. It's great☺️ Will use him to install sconces.
I couldn't be happier that I hired Ed to work on my shower. No one likes to spend money, but if you are going to end up spending your hard earned money anyway, you definitely want to hire someone like Ed. Besides the fact that Ed really knows his craft and goes the extra mile to delight a customer, he is personable and simple put, a warm person to be around. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone looking for his services. If you hire Ed Davis, you will not regret it.
Steve was great help and very accommodating! He worked with our schedule and didn't hesitate to come over to work on the project (even when we decided Labor Day was project day). He was able to do exactly what we needed, especially without disrupting the newly laid tile in the shower. I'd recommend him to anyone and we'll use him again in the future. Thanks, Steve!
Bottom line, Mr. Napier is an old-school repair man. No frills, no overhead, no travel fee. Just a flat rate per hour for what you need fixed, he will repair it. For my repairs I needed items fixed like a leaky shower faucet and leaky toilet shutoff valve, hardwiring a dishwasher into a non-plug-in connection, and laying adhesive tiles in a bathroom. After Mr. Napier arrived and assessed the specific materials needed, he made a list for me of the necessary parts and materials, so he proceeded to work on some of the fixes while I went to Lowe's. As he worked, he even explained how certain parts become non-functioning over time and what to watch out for to save yourself some money in replacing them. If you are not a handy kind of person at all and don’t know much about various home improvement materials and parts, it would be best that Mr. Napier first go with you to the home improvement store together and purchase the necessary materials so all of your repairs can be worked on straight through. I would hire Mr. Napier again.
Did a great job. Job was not straightforward as the hardware was not reachable underneath the sink. But knew a way around it. And installed everything requested. Found that the new faucet was defective and was willing to stay and do it all over again with a new faucet. Thanks!
We hired Chris to redo the main bathroom in our home. We picked out new materials consisting of a new shower, floor, and counter top. He and his team did excellent work installing them and offering advice during the process. We could not be happier. Also were very professional and good with our dogs and were comfortable having them in the house.
I contacted Mustard General Contracting, Home Improvements, Handyman Service to install and stain four interior doors. Mark was highly professional and efficient in his work. He did a superb job of matching the stain of the other doors. I particularly liked the fact that he responded quickly to my call. I will be using him for additional projects in preparation for selling our house.
AXIOM did a great job hanging lights and even installed a new mailbox on site for us.
Ryan is awesome! We had a pipe in our shower that had a hole in it and was rusted so we couldn't remove it. Ryan fixed it and we are happy to have our shower back! We are so very fortunate that he was able to do the repairs and even came the same day that I made the request! He arrived early, was professional, accomidating to our schedule, knowledgeable, and very reasonable in his pricing. I will definitely be calling Ryan again for help with our home repair issues. He is the best plumber that we have ever had, and our house has had many, many plumbing problems so we have used many different plumbers. We are so thankful for Ryan for all of his work, and highly recommend him for any job!
Bill installed a new door for us. He did a great job and it looked great when he was finished. He is very professional and a really nice guy!!!
Loved the remodel of my bathroom that Jason and Armand did. They were fast an efficient and very easy to work with. The job involved removing a large jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a large walk in shower. No hidden costs with these guys. They do the work and the home owner buys the material. Worked well for me. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Armand and Jason.
Total bathroom remodel on my 1920s home. Completely new design, new fixtures, porcelain tile floor, drywall, baseboard, paint, etc. He enlarged our bathroom drastically by taking 2/3 of a walk-in closet and installed a beautiful tile shower. BEST PART: our gorgeous custom handcrafted live-edge wood vanity!!! Joel has an art degree and it SHOWS!! We're getting so many compliments. Also the tile floor is PERFECT and he worked with us to source quality materials that fit our budget. He's also better at communicating with us than other contractors we've known. He really cares about his work and was realistic about estimates and time frames (the job took longer than we expected but he was upfront every step of the way). If you're tired of "big-box" decor and want something unique, we definitely recommend Joel for design, remodeling, and custom work!
Ryan maintenance and remodel did an excellent job installing a travertine floor in my bathroom, hallway and entranceway. They removed the old flooring and installed the tile in 3 days. I would hire them again.
Curt removed laminate and installed wood flooring. He was prompt, courteous, and worked with us to solve some problems that came up. We had to live in the house while this remodeling was being done and this type of work produces a lot of dust/sawdust. He was a little lax in cleaning up at the end of the day and could improve on that. We would have to put his equipment aside and vacuum. But aside from that, everything went well.
My wife and I highly recommend Decorator's Choice to anyone looking for honest and pride full craftsmanship! David answered all of our questions prior to the job and did quality work on installing a kitchen back splash. We have even contacted him on the prospects of additional projects in the house. A very positive experience!
Hired Eco Construction Services LLC to install a bi-fold door at an occupied rental property. He was punctual. The job required shortening some 2X4s installed by a previous tenant as coat hooks and getting a new door track from Home Depot.I would hire again.
Took down a drop ceiling, installed recessed lighting and drywall ceiling. quote was given and work completely quickly within 2 weeks. Owners were onsight often and made a repair on part of the project I did not notice. Price was reasonable and the work was done very well.
Kim and Joe have done several projects for us starting from simple handy man jobs to complex electrical work. The most complex work they have done for us is the installation of large chandelier on a chandelier lift. This chandelier is very large (4 feet X 4 feet) and has 180 hand blown pieces of glass. What we love the most about their work is how professionally they handle all aspects of the work.
When Centex built our home in 2003, they went cheap and instead of using a pipe that fit, they soldered extensively behind the wall to our shower to make the pipes fit. When we went to replace the leaking shower head, we found this issue. The soldering had broke and needed to be repaired. We hired, after hiring several other contractors, Blessed, to come fix the issue. I corresponded with April, the owner, and arranged for the service. Bill called about 30 minutes out and arrived on time. I showed the Bill the problem, and he immediately knew what was the issue and how to fix it. I am currently on crutches so I was hesitant as I could not get in and out of the basement to turn off the water. Not needed. Bill was able to remove the old soldering, install a coupling, etc - and do all that plumbing stuff that I have no clue how to do. Long story short, he was done in about an hour and the cost was $25 less than he had quoted. He advised what small items we needed to do ourselves (he could have, but I asked if we could finish this part) to get the shower working - install face plate, and handle, etc. Note, others had given me estimates of a low of $500 up to over $1K. We found Blessed Plumbing also on the Blue Pages (Christian yellow pages) and were very confident with his work. He even gave some other suggestions on issues we were having (water hammer) and offered some maintenance advice on our aging sump pump. I enjoyed my encounter with this company and would not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing problem we encounter. It is hard and rare to find honest people/contractors.
Mr Hutchins is a highly skilled contractor who can tackle any job in home improvement. He has renovated my home inside and out, including a new roof, siding, kitchen, bathrooms(including custom shower and bath install). His attention to detail is excellent, and he does not slap a job together and leave. If something needs attention, he is on top of it. I would recommend to anyone.
