I needed 2 bathroom sinks unclogged. Pat responded immediately with a very reasonable quote. He also scheduled my appt for 3 hrs later and arrived a few minutes early. That right there is great service! Pat and another plumber came. One worked upstairs and the other worked downstairs. The job was completed in 20 minutes. They were prompt, friendly, informative and professional. I appreciate the service that I received from Pat Swanson. I look forward to hiring Pat again because I am confident his work will always deserve 5 Stars!
I had Fraley plumbing and repair come in and repair some damage done to my home when a water line broke. He repaired my bathroom water line and at the same time I had him put in 2 new sinks and toilet. He also put in a clean out drain in behind my new toilet for easy access if it was to back up again. Job well done. Will call him back if I need something else done. Very pleased with his work and professionalism.
He completed a fence installation at my home.I have remodeled 3 homes and have worked with numerous contractors..Brandon was one of the best. Would recommend hiring him.
Ceiling fan and security doors installation. He was on time, very professional and the cost was very reasonable. Will hire again.
Great job installing a new toilet. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
John responded quickly with a quote and offered to fit our project in the same day after his previous job finished. He came promptly with the right parts (based on my photographs) and knocked out a toilet wax seal replacement and reset our kitchen sink garbage disposal and drain. He was efficient, fairly priced, and clearly knowledgeable. We will use him again.
Bottom line, Mr. Napier is an old-school repair man. No frills, no overhead, no travel fee. Just a flat rate per hour for what you need fixed, he will repair it. For my repairs I needed items fixed like a leaky shower faucet and leaky toilet shutoff valve, hardwiring a dishwasher into a non-plug-in connection, and laying adhesive tiles in a bathroom. After Mr. Napier arrived and assessed the specific materials needed, he made a list for me of the necessary parts and materials, so he proceeded to work on some of the fixes while I went to Lowe's. As he worked, he even explained how certain parts become non-functioning over time and what to watch out for to save yourself some money in replacing them. If you are not a handy kind of person at all and don’t know much about various home improvement materials and parts, it would be best that Mr. Napier first go with you to the home improvement store together and purchase the necessary materials so all of your repairs can be worked on straight through. I would hire Mr. Napier again.
Did a great job. Job was not straightforward as the hardware was not reachable underneath the sink. But knew a way around it. And installed everything requested. Found that the new faucet was defective and was willing to stay and do it all over again with a new faucet. Thanks!
Joe fixed the problem with the toilet right away. I will work with him in the future. Thanks!
AXIOM did a great job hanging lights and even installed a new mailbox on site for us.
I needed a new a/c at my rental and Tony was an absolute professional. Got my 4 ton unit installed without a hitch! Needed some service on my primary residence unit and had it fixed reasonably, quickly and without an issue! I would trust nd recommend him to my friends and family he is that good!
We had a flood in our basement and had to replace the entire living area. We had Mark install new drywall ceiling and walls, update the electric, new entrance to bathroom and total refinish of that room, new carpet installed and vintage fireplace mantel installed over existing fireplace. Very happy with results and completed in about 3 and half weeks. It is total makeover, and we will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.
We asked Bill and his son about fixing some odds and ends. They did a great job on the ceiling repair , gutter repair, they capped the chimneyand even fixed the toilet. They are very friendly and very reliable. I highly recommend them!
Bruce has went above and beyond with my cabinet installation moving on to installing the chopping block counter top and trim. I would recommend Bruce for sure... Thanks Bruce!
I had to replace a 39 year-old water heater that finally decided to kick the bucket. After talking with various companies, I chose Custom. Mike was prompt, professional, and affordable. The installation took under three hours, and the replacement has been working great! I'd recommend anyone to check outCustom Contracting.
I highly recommend Advance Waterworks. They were very thorough and worked within my time restraints. Pull toilet and replace with new one noticed that the Flanch was bad and informed me that he was replacing while the toilet was pulled. Service was excleent and they very professional and poliet on explaning what was being done and replaced. I will refer this company to all that is in need of any plumbing needs. Very reasonable rates. I am a single mom and they fit in my budget.
Mr. Brooks replaced a stubborn faucet and soap dispenser at a kitchen sink. He arrived on time and was able to do the job in about 45 minutes. It was very convenient and done right and the price was very reasonable.
Jason came quickly, worked effectively and efficiently to install the toilet and fixed the kitchen plumbing system by replacing a cap and drain basket. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Courteous. Highly recommended
Very polite and professional, he fixed my kitchen sink and while he was already over he offered to clean my drains and installed a dryer vent for me. Robert went above and beyond what I intally asked for. Would 100% recomend
Replaced two toilets. Excellent work. Would recommend to anyone.
When Centex built our home in 2003, they went cheap and instead of using a pipe that fit, they soldered extensively behind the wall to our shower to make the pipes fit. When we went to replace the leaking shower head, we found this issue. The soldering had broke and needed to be repaired. We hired, after hiring several other contractors, Blessed, to come fix the issue. I corresponded with April, the owner, and arranged for the service. Bill called about 30 minutes out and arrived on time. I showed the Bill the problem, and he immediately knew what was the issue and how to fix it. I am currently on crutches so I was hesitant as I could not get in and out of the basement to turn off the water. Not needed. Bill was able to remove the old soldering, install a coupling, etc - and do all that plumbing stuff that I have no clue how to do. Long story short, he was done in about an hour and the cost was $25 less than he had quoted. He advised what small items we needed to do ourselves (he could have, but I asked if we could finish this part) to get the shower working - install face plate, and handle, etc. Note, others had given me estimates of a low of $500 up to over $1K. We found Blessed Plumbing also on the Blue Pages (Christian yellow pages) and were very confident with his work. He even gave some other suggestions on issues we were having (water hammer) and offered some maintenance advice on our aging sump pump. I enjoyed my encounter with this company and would not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing problem we encounter. It is hard and rare to find honest people/contractors.
