What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use StraightForward Pricing. Before we start, we walk you through your options and the price for each. You approve the work before we begin. No hidden costs or surprise fees. Mention code THUMBTACK50 for $50 off any plumbing repair. We also offer $100 off water heater installation, tank or tankless, through Dec. 31, 2026. Financing is available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us what's going on and pick a morning or afternoon window. We arrive on time in a fully stocked truck. If we're late, you get $5 for every minute, up to $300. Your plumber explains your options in plain language. You approve the price before work starts. We clean up and make sure you're 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold an Ohio Plumbing Contractor license, #51938. Our plumbers train with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on equipment, codes and customer care. Every employee passes a background check and a drug test.
