Had a leaky shower, originally thought it was the shower head, but it was the cartridge. Walt replaced the cartridge, made some additional corrections to the handle and we are good as new.

Walter with Ben Franklin came out to quote work on our basement mainline issue. He was thorough and took the time to explain the issue and the best resolution.
