I’m not looking to criticize this company as a whole, and I’m sure they do quality work in many cases. However, my experience was concerning. I called for a plumbing issue, and the technician who came out recommended a repair estimated at $2,200, explaining that it would require cutting into walls and replacing an entire valve. Wanting a second opinion, I had another plumber come out the following day. They resolved the issue in about 15 minutes for $150, without any invasive work. I would encourage others to get a second opinion before committing to major repairs.

If youre looking for an honest, reliable plumber, I highly recommend Tim Longnecker from Benjamin Franklin! He installed our new water heater and did an outstanding job. He was on time, professional, efficient, and left everything clean when he was finished. Excellent workmanship and great service from start to finish. Five stars!
