I’m not looking to criticize this company as a whole, and I’m sure they do quality work in many cases. However, my experience was concerning. I called for a plumbing issue, and the technician who came out recommended a repair estimated at $2,200, explaining that it would require cutting into walls and replacing an entire valve.

Wanting a second opinion, I had another plumber come out the following day. They resolved the issue in about 15 minutes for $150, without any invasive work.

I would encourage others to get a second opinion before committing to major repairs.

We requested an appointment online at 7:57 and received immediate text about our requested window of 8 to 10..followed by a Technician is on the way email.. Walter showed up with can do attitude, gave us a fair quote, and did great work (pinhole leak fixed and now we have water again)... He was personable and professional and we are so glad we went with Benjamin Franklin plumbling
