I’m not looking to criticize this company as a whole, and I’m sure they do quality work in many cases. However, my experience was concerning. I called for a plumbing issue, and the technician who came out recommended a repair estimated at $2,200, explaining that it would require cutting into walls and replacing an entire valve. Wanting a second opinion, I had another plumber come out the following day. They resolved the issue in about 15 minutes for $150, without any invasive work. I would encourage others to get a second opinion before committing to major repairs.
