I feel like I hit the Jackpot with Cabrera Property Homes. I took a chance with this app and further more, with someone I just didn’t know (I’m big on recommendations). The quickness it got done, and the flexibility to pick up items and…honestly wait one me without complaint was awesome. This project was for 2 bedrooms, an under stairs closet, and a bathroom in my basement, without breaking into the concrete floor for drainage. I plan on having them back for the rest of my basement.

Structurally the team did beautiful work. Unfortunately, communication was severely lacking. The painter was a true disappointment. The job remains incomplete by my standards. Mr.Cabrera felt the job is complete. Many areas not painted, hand rail still needs installed. We will have to complete this in our own.
