The most time I charge per job. but sometimes i do hourly work, My hourly rate is $75and project fee is $50. Project fee covers lead fee's and travel cost. So for the first hour I charge $125, for the second hour starts hourly $75For example if job takes three hours it will be $125+75+75 I will do my best to work fast and to do my job the best quality. We do all type of floor installation including vinyl flooring, laminate, hardwood and etc. We do also tiling, backsplash, painting. We do exterior paint, we do build, fence , build porch , kitchen remodel, finish basement, baseboards install ,siding work, wood trim,Give us a chance to make you very happy and satisfied.
