Introduction: After graduating with my degree in nutrition, I knew that I wanted a career in which I got to be personally involved in people's lives, making a positive impact, and educating them on proper nutrition for their bodies.
As a coach, I will work with you every step of the way. I provide services from analyzing and explaining what your body needs in particular to explaining, meal planning, and workout planning. Locally, I offer free group workouts for my clients. I can write personal workouts or work side by side with a trainer.
I grew up hating my body and doing things in all the wrong ways to stay "skinny", but I was far from "healthy" in the process. Changing my lifestyle and eating habits personally helped me gain lean muscle, lose 3 pant sizes, and gain confidence for the first time. I have helped my community lose over 600 pounds, helped friends get ready in physique shows, and helped people just feel better. I'd love to help you too!
