What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are priced based on square feet of glass. Some variables can affect pricing such as ladder work, french panes, custom design work etc...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with a prospective client at the job location to take measurements & review samples. After moving forward, our scheduler promptly work with the customer to set up an installation date & time. The day of the installation our technicians call 30 minutes in advance of arrival to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our president has been in the industry for over 18 years and the company has been in business since 1985.
