Called Bone Dry for possible installation of attic fan and additional insulation. Jameson came out. Turns out I didnt need those things done, problems arose from poor construction of duct vents on second floor. I was able to fix myself inexpensively. Honest, professional and polite. Couldnt give them a higher rating.

The team was awesome. Alex diagnosed the problem right away yesterday. I was a little disappointed when the scheduling Boss called today and said nobody could show up for 3 days, but Steven the Bigger Boss heard the urgency in my voice apparently on speaker phone and got somebody to the house in a few hours ! Thank you Steven and thank you Adrian for your hard work on the repairs. Appreciate yall ! Will let our neighbors know for future reference! The houses are going up too fast in our neighborhood and the workmanship is awful !!! Thanks again.

Steven Blosser, you absolute legend-thank you for being patient with my 5,000 questions, my just one more thing texts and my mild panic when the USPS turned into the Pony Express.Their A+ BBB rating isnt just for show-its 100% earned. The entire process was smooth (except for a few unavoidable hiccups-Mother Nature decided to throw a tantrum mid-project), transparent and professional.Ive no doubt that any warranty issues that may come up in the future will be taken care of, just as thoroughly and professionally as the roof replacement.If youre on the fence, stop hesitating, these folks are the real deal.
