Brian came in and installed my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. He showed up on time, and charged the price he said he would charge. I highly recommend him and his work.

Had some siding that needed replaced, and Brian really showed his expertise when we found the right color, but saw that after 25 years what was presently on the house wasn't going to match exactly because of sun fade. Well he took some of the existing siding from the bottom placed it where the repair was needed. After that placed the new siding on the bottom where the is only one side to color contrast it to. If you sat and looked at it for awhile you might think it was a trick of the light,a shadow making it look slightly different, otherwise it's completely undetectable. Something that if I could have found the siding on my own, would have had no clue to even think to do. He was replied quickly to all my messages and did the job in a very timely manner. I would absolutely hire him again!

Mr. Abrams did an excellent job painting both the basement walls and the trim. He is well organized, neat and considerate. He gave me good advice and I would hire him again. Actually the painting in the basement where he worked is better quality than what we got upstairs in our new home.

Brian was very conscientious and took pride in his work. He went out of his way to help me save money by repairing some old deck light fixtures for me so I wouldn't have to buy new ones. He communicated very well and kept me posted of his progress. His estimate and final price were more than fair. I highly recommend him and I will be hiring him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use the National Home Improvement Estimator software for all my estimating and invoicing. It helps keep estimating consistent and up to date with current market pricing. It generally helps in figuring out the labor man hours and materials cost per job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally like to meet for a FREE ESTIMATE. I like to look over the project and take measurements, then follow-up by sending them the estimate thru Thumbtack or their personal e-mail, then schedule a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained most of my knowledge thru on the job training. Electrical maintenance & installation thru the Air Force, various other trades thru working for other contractors. I am also a certified Home Inspector and Realtor.
