- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and can present it's own difficulties and time consuming labor. For that reason, I do not charge by the hour, but by the job to guarantee the lowest possible price for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that the customer fully understands the problem they are having and the solution is of upmost importance. Knowledge builds confidence and trust, and that is our goal.
