Daniel called to ask me what I need as soon as I contacted him. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable with his quote. After expected the leak at the bottom of the toilet, he warned us that the problem might come back if he just did the repair. He suggested that we needed a new toilet. He helped us selected a new one and went to pick it up from a Home Depot right away. He did a wonderful job replacement it and left his work sites tidy and clean. Thanks Danial !

Daniel was very professional and efficient from the time I sent in a request for my toilet to be replaced! He was very prompt and transparent! He gave me a quote over the phone and was here for very next day! Less then 24 hours! Him knowing exactly what I needed over the phone shows that he does his job very well and have a passion for the work that he does! Daniel and his associate, Mike, did a great job installing a new USA-made water heater and replacing the guts in a leaky toilet. I was charged a more-than-fair price ($329 and$398 less than two other companies with whom I have done business previously.) Also, Daniel did not try to hustle me, which was much appreciated. I found him to be a person of honesty and integrity and highly recommend him.

Every job is different and can present it's own difficulties and time consuming labor. For that reason, I do not charge by the hour, but by the job to guarantee the lowest possible price for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
