Jeff Brown is a fantastic trainer and chef! I have been working with him 3xs per week for 4 weeks and have already lost 7 pounds. His approach to fitness and nutrition is absolutely motivating and realistic. He initially took the time to listen and understand my fitness goals and put together a fitness program/nutrition plan that is fun and easy to follow. He is also a fantastic chef and prepares nutritious and delicious meals for myself and my family weekly. I am looking forward to Jeff working with my kids this summer as well. Sam is a someone who I regard highly due to her "living the talk" of her health and fitness lifestyle. I think she reaches all people regardless of age, ability, and previous experience. I have participated in her Yoga and fitness training classes and highly regard and recommend her if you are looking for a lifestyle change!

I have completed a year training with Sam, it was so wonderful, I could be gained with good health habits, and when I went back to my notice everyone improved my fitness .. really is a personal trainer sincere
