Our garbage disposal gave out with no warning. Since we were heading out of town we needed someone to replace it quickly. Had a really good conversation w/Daniel who diagnosed the issues by the description. He was able to come to our home the next day. Brought the replacement disposal (an upgrade to what we had) He and his partner were quick & efficient -- maybe half an hour total -- we're very pleased and would not hesitate to use "The Plumber" for future projects. We believed we got a very fair price for the repair & new installation. Thanks guys !

My morning started with a small leak in my downstairs bathroom, no biggie, threw a towel down & continued my day as usual. As I’m cleaning up after breakfast, I ran the garbage disposal & something didn’t look right, too much movement, so I sprung into action by opening the doors beneath the sink. What I found was a couple of inches of water pooled up down there! I grabbed a couple of towels to soak up as much as I could. Luckily I came across Daniel’s page on Thumbtack after reading a few reviews. No longer than 5-10 minutes after messaging Daniel, we were on the phone & had had an appointment set a couple hours later. Once they arrived, I showed them to the sink and within minutes provided a solution. Not only did he install a brand new disposal, but also reconfigured my surrounding pipes which were also a potential issue moving forward. All in the span of a few hours and a super reasonable fee Daniel was able to have my sink, drainage & pipe issues working better than ever! They went above and beyond what I was expecting and couldn’t be more satisfied with my entire experience from start to finish!

I wish all of the craftsmen that I interface with were like Dan and Mike. My garbage disposal suddenly stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I decided to contact Dan’s company shortly before 4:00 pm. I expected to hear something on Monday, the next business day. Instead, LITERALLY, in less than a minute after I requested service I was contacted. I explained my problem and he indicated that he could review my situation on the next day, SUNDAY! When he arrived, it took him all of 3-5 minutes to diagnosis the problem, and provide a solution, to wit: replace the machine. He suggested that I stay with the same brand and model (since it was likely that my actions caused the damage), showed me the cost of the part (on-line), and gave me a fair price for his labor. Once we agreed to move forward, he immediately went and purchased the part, came back to my house and commenced work. In less than two hours from when he first arrived, I was back up and running again He and Mike were personable and knowledgeable and gave good tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. Really, it doesn’t get any better!!!

I’m amazed at how quick and efficient Daniel replaced my garbage disposal . I waited for a previous repair specialist for more than 2 weeks and Daniel came the very next day ! I will definitely use him for any future plumbing issues !

Every job is different and can present it's own difficulties and time consuming labor. For that reason, I do not charge by the hour, but by the job to guarantee the lowest possible price for the customer.
