Mr Nemec was pleasant and professional. He came promptly, assessed the problem and went to get the necessary parts to repair the problem. He returned promptly and fixed the problem. The repair was costly but he had warned me. He left the area neat and I was happy with the result. Thank you.

First took the time to answer all question Be in handicap was not capable to go in basement explained where it was. He went looked at it came back up no problem he could fix it now.
