- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to first and foremost remember each customer has different needs. Based upon the customer's needs and availability I will conduct a phone assessment of what the job entails. I would then further communicate over the phone, email, text, or go to a clients home, or business to give a free estimate. As to get an exact price. Followed by a time and day that meets my clients agenda for Handy-Hands to do the requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hugo has a Mechanical/Arrow engineering degree. Hugo has been doing household handyman, and mechanical and engineering work for many years. I've been in the cleaning, organizing and decorating business for many years. I specializes in residential, commercial, or office cleaning; weddings, Staging and decorating. I have a degree in Social Science, which allows me to understand and communicate with my customers professionally. This is the More that we do!
