- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing structure. I can be hired for a single event, an agreed upon time frame or on a retainer basis. The amount of time required or requested will dictate the pricing. However, I will never ask for compensation without a written contact, signed and agreed upon by both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the foremost authority on customer retention and cross selling. I research, analyze and refute business tactics, theories and publications on a daily basis. I travel to several destinations around the country to interact with other revered minds in the business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into my line of work because I talk with business owners, sales staff, administration and business partners everyday and they are never on the same page. All resources need to be aligned in order to succeed. My job is to bring them together in a common goal without bias, history and worrying about being the bad guy.
