- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs really have their own circumstances so in order to get the best estimate for each job we would need to just know what you are looking for and most cases we would need to look at the job site to make sure we are giving you the best estimate for the work you need done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that the work the customer is looking for an estamate for is going to solve there issues or if just for an estimate just for updating things we will give them the best estimate possible for the work they are seeking the estimate for and explaining all options for the work and materials to complete any job that the customer may need
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
