- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We are not salesman, we have a price guideline we follow for every customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them to get their input on what they want. That's important to start off on the same page. listening to the customer, appearing at the home for a pre-inspection so we get everything covered before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years experience in construction and my father owned his own business which got me started. I excelled into my own business recieving multiple awards of excellence.
