The Hive: Embodiment Education Center

We are a yoga and belly dance studio offering additional classes on healthy relationships and living! Imagine a safe, comfy place where you are supported in trying new things and developing practices that help you thrive in life, rather than just survive. That place is The Hive. We are a community of women and men that embraces the perception of the body as ally rather than enemy, while creating an environment of compassion, safety and joyful exploration. Utilizing the body as a vehicle for change, students will cultivate an ability to generalize the skills and confidence they gain through participation in The Hive's programming to every facet of their lives.
