From the moment I first called Ted, he was very easy to work with. The day after we talked, he came over to my house and reviewed the project. Then, he wrote up a reasonable estimate.
Next, we moved forward with the project. My rental property was about to get an inspection. Ted completed a number of small repairs/handyman work to make sure the property was in good condition and would pass the inspection.
I strongly Ted for handyman or remodeling projects. He is knowledgable, skilled and easy to work with.

Ted was here on time. very personable, professional but down to earth. accessed the problem, checked everything before starting the job for me and was done in good time. i would hire him again and plan to after the holidays are done.
