Deidra C. says, "I reached out to Dr.mechanical somewhere between 11 -12 pm and he was at my house by 2pm the next day. We needed a transformer and new panel ( we pulled the model from the actual furnace And replaced ourself.) And still no red light or power. The tech was able to figure out that the company had made a newer panel for our specific furnace (Trane) and when replacing the panel in that model you have to replace the wire harness also. With our furnace back working it was on to our central air unit. There was also 1 or 2 things that needed replaced. He did the diagnosis of the Furnace and AC unit and than repaired the parts in both systems that were no longer working. Also figured out the whole panel situation in the furnace and was done by 5pm. So did all of that in about three hours an for under $900.00. Will definitely recommend to friends/family and call for any future repairs needed in our new home! 😊"See more
