Their customer service and attention to detail is horrible. They did a horrible job on a sidewalk and stated they would fix it. They half way fixed it a year later and then never came back to fix it. They left supplies at my house and ruined my driveway as they dumped concrete water on it. Their co-owner Latoya is rude and needs some customer service training

I was very satisfied with Esco Home Improvement. I have an older home and wanted a walk-in shower in my bathroom. Esco came to my home and viewed my project which consisted in turning a closet into a walk-in shower. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.
