She was great to work with. She was here in in a few hours after first, contacting her. She did everything so fast. She even talked to me about getting my CDL. So good advice comes with her notary. I would definitely recommend her.

It was refreshing to work with such a diligent professional. Ms. Jones did a fabulous job! I contacted her from another state later in the afternoon (with a 3-hour time difference). Her email was the first non-automated response I received (through Thumbtack). I needed to obtain a signature from a client on an expedited basis who was in Ohio. Ms. Jones and I concluded emailing back and forth to get her instructions and the document I needed to have signed at after 10 pm her time. She emailed me with a status along the way and obtained our Client's signature the very next day, sent the documents that afternoon via FedEx, and emailed me to advise that our job was completed. And, her fee for this (great) service was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Ms. Jones for any of your notary and any other services she provides through her business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a state mandated fee of $5.00 per stamped document. The travel & convenience fee is $35.00 depending on distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and answering any questions asked about the process. I also love interacting with my clients and making them feel comfortable during the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I managed a loan processing and mortgage broker office for 10 years. I am very familiar with having sensitive mortgage and other documents processed and signed. I am also a certified loan signing agent and notary in the state of Ohio as well as an ordained minister since October 2011.
