- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing does vary with the type, size and duration of the proposed project. Please note, that we do offer a price matching program according to details of scope and products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically conduct a brief phone conversation. This is to retrieve pertinent information from the homeowner and schedule the free inspection and repair/replacement proposal. Once we have inspected, we will share photos of existing damages and information gathered with the homeowner on the spot. Our company wants each client to be as informed as possible at all times. From this point, most times we can take a few minutes to estimate the costs and produce a thorough proposal. Our team also has the ability to give the client a hard date of install in this initial consultation. Most roofing jobs are a 1 day process, even the tear off and replacements. According to the scope, many typical siding replacements are 1 week or less. It is our standard to clean up your project each afternoon before we leave site, and conduct a finish cleaning upon completion. Finally, our ownership will inspect the project before we accept any form of payment...that's right, rarely do we ever accept one dollar up front.

Our ownership and management staff (3 people) have a combined 40 years experience in building construction and insurance restoration.
