- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard set for pricing. We do all aspects of home repair and maintenance. The scope of work varies too much to have a flat rate. We are competitive with our pricing and always try to work with clients to be as fair as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the customer as comfortable as possible with how the work will be performed and set the expectations of the finished product before the job has started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing total remodeling for over 15 years.
