- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are based on a typical clean and are at a set rate per clean. Rates could vary if customer is requesting extra things outside of the basic clean. If a customer wants to add a service as a one time extra service or as a as needed service, the cost for that particular service will be add only to that weeks clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the first thing I typically like to do is get the basic details of what the customer is requesting to have done. I then schedule to meet with the customer to go over full details of requested services, see the home and meet the new customer, from there I work with the customer to set a day and time that works best for them to come back out for their first initial clean and at that time we would establish a set cleaning rate. All rates on sit are based on a typical average home clean. If customer is requesting extra things to be cleaned the rates could vary in cost depending on what the customer has all requested to be done, if any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience with professional cleaning. I also did a mandatory training course while working with the well known cleaning company by the name of The Cleaning Authority when I first started out cleaning homes. I have a passion for cleaning and a love to see a home that is sparkling clean.
