Tom designed a roofed deck for us, 24'x14' with a shed style roof. He listened well to what type of product we wanted and offered a few suggestions that made the deck better, such as having a two step all the way around instead of using railing and limiting our access to the back yard. Tom communicated well and responded promptly. We chose a metal roof color that ended up not looking the same in person. Tom thought we might not like the look and took time to let us know ASAP so we could make a decision about changing the color. His cost was close to or better than other estimates we received. We are pleased enough with our experience with Tom that we will consider him for future projects.

I had used Thomson Renovations a couple different times once for a major room renovation and the other time to build us a Gazebo. Both projects went well the stayed within my budget and always got the job done in a timely fashion. Very professional group of guys.

Very pleased with Tom and his work. Tom built a deck for us in 2013 and added an arbor in Nov. 2015. The quality of his work is outstanding and I felt his prices were very reasonable. Tom was prompt and courteous. I would definitely call him again and recommend his work.

I got behind on a couple projects so I hired ThomCon Renovations to complete one of them and he went over and above by completing it within the time frame I alloted and treated my customer like they were his. Always doing the job with flawless work and detailed clean up. I would definitely use them again.

I had a flight of stairs built in an existing barn. Tom came out, measured, sent an estimate, told me when he could start and we went from there. He finished the job in one day which was less than he had predicted. I'm very happy. I'd certainly use his services again if I need a carpenter.
