I trained with Mac several years ago and would recommend him to ANYONE! He is professional and motivating as well as encouraging to clients. He was willing to work around our busy schedule and went above and beyond to help my husband and I reach our fitness goals!

I had the opportunity of training with Mac during my summers of college, when I played volleyball at Wingate University. His training and "no excuses" attitude pushed me beyond what I thought I was mentally and physically capable of. I always reported to school faster, stronger and more explosive than any of my teammates. I recommend Mac to anyone if you are wanting to establish a more healthy lifestyle or if your goal is to be the best athlete you can. Be prepared to change your mind and body through hard work and discipline.

During my time with Mac and Team Muscleodeum I made huge advancements in my fitness. I came in with very specific goals as a 29 year old female. Mac listened and structured workouts for me with the perfect mix of cardio and strength training. Just what I asked for. I gained lean muscle and lost inches from my body in a short amount of time.
