Andy arrived on time, he inspected the damage to be repaired, and he did an excellent job communicating what would be needed to complete the job before he started working. He picked up the needed materials from the big box store. Once he got into the repair, he discovered another issue that most likely contributed to the damage. He corrected the new issue at very minimal additional cost. His work looks top-rate, and his charge for the job was unexpectedly reasonable. Thanks Andy!
