Mark was the first one to respond to my request for assistance with a project to install a few grab bars. Mark kept me informed when his previous job delayed him. In spite of the running into numerous issues. Mark showed empathy to my needs for installing grabs bars. My 90 year old mother had fallen in the shower the previous day. Mark understood my concern and sense of urgency for the job. He juggled his priorities to find time for my project. He made several useful suggestions regarding the placement of ‘grab bars’. He showed professionalism and finished the job without wasting any time. I appreciated this very much as he could have easily lengthened the duration for more money (he was being paid by the hour). To me, this spoke of his integrity and honesty. Mark also followed up later with a call to find whether or not I was satisfied with his work. I will recommend him in a heartbeat to folks looking for a skilled hand who is also honest and empathetic to their needs

Mark arrived on-time and was very professional with installing an eletrical outlet and new dishwasher. We couldn't have the store's contractor install our dishwasher due to a surprise hard wire connection for our old dishwasher. We are very happy he was able to fix the wiring issue and install the dishwasher and did a good job! We will definitely use Mark again.
