FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard for any job I do. I think when it come to mowing it's pretty base competitive even if you'd price shop around. I like to demonstrate that I'm a local small aspiring businessperson and trying to earn their business ofcourse but more than that I want to make sure their yard is a art piece and better looking than anyone else's on the street.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go check out their request, and from there we decide what we can accommodate to he/she. If I can't do something I will figure it out by doing myself or finding someone that can!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
horticulture/nursery/landscape certificate from a trade school at tolles career center where we were taught how to use equipment like backho, bobcat, truck, trailor, tractor, mowers, etc. We also had to demonstrate we knew our curriculum by answering to vast pesticide/plant tests. I also had the opportunity to manage our one hole golf course, and that led me to working at a few, and history from there.
