- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are NO hidden costs. When in doubt, ask. I will say when tearing in to something old you never know what lies beneath that could effect pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First if they like what they see in my profile (pics etc.) I like to meet with them. If it’s a big job go over everything and then generally write up a contract and meet again. If it’s small it usually can be done when I show up. But I will always be in contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pretty simple. OJT. In my opinion it’s the best way to learn. Hands on.
