Nathaniel was great to work with. Very professional, informative, fair, and responsive. He kept me up to date through the process and sent pictures since I was unable to be at the residence during the demo and installation. Would definitely recommend.

I won't sugarcoat my experience with Summit Building & Roofing Co. I submitted a request for quote, these guys were first to contact me, first out to quote, fair priced and were able to complete the job before anyone else. We had a couple small hiccups along the way with weather/timing but these guys were flexible to restart the job. Jason, the owner even came out to check out the job and recommend opportunities to make our place look better at a fair price without being pushy. Don't call anyone else for your gutter, trim/paint work.

Several businesses responded to our request. What made Summit stand out is how nice they were on the initial call. After they checked our roof, they showed us pictures of all needed repair areas and wrote a quote that included extras, like cleaning the gutters and trimming our tree, while still quoting lower cost than other quotes we received that only had minimum repairs. This company is the real deal and we would definitely work with them again.

Jason and his team are awesome! They worked quickly, totally cleaned everything up before they left (which was really important to me because I have kids and dogs who could step on nails) and they were competitively priced. Even if they had been more expensive than the other bids though, I would have hired Summit Builders to install the roof because they were so easy to work with. Jason always called me or emailed me back immediately and even came back to touch up the roof after an electrician readjusted the mast.
