AJ was unbelievably responsive. He responded to my inquiry within minutes and then guided me through hot water heater selection. He did the install later the same day. His quote was the price - not a nickel different. No surprises! The install went smoothly and was done efficiently and in a tidy manner. We will have AJ back for other plumbing and HVAC needs. And, he'll be my first call for other random home repair/improvement needs. Thanks AJ!

Jack worked around my schedule and did a good job repairing my screen door (when the screen wasn't ripped on my sliding door he suggesting using the same one and just replaced some of the tubing that holds it in place saving me money) and caulking my granite counters. All in all he made the process easy and affordable making me ask myself why I have been fumbling through home repairs along.

AR Home Restorations came out on short notice later in the evening to help me out which was great, given that my grand opening for my business was the next day and I needed some caulking done! I didn't think I would be able to find anyone on such short notice, but they did and it helped tremendously.

Great work. Got a hold of him last night and was able to set up an appointment first thing this morning. Jerry and his colleague arrived early for the job and got straight to it. I showed him all of the issues and he ended up replacing burst pipes leading to my bathtub (original job) and did a bunch of extra for me also (replacing old rusty valves and pipes and adding in insulation to prevent frozen pipes again). He walked me through everything he was doing and showed me all of the stuff that was bad and needed replaced. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant and efficient team for the job. Would definitely recommend.

We contracted with Ian Cheadle of Cheadle Construction (937.580.9098) on December 4, 2015, and we are very glad we did. The project centered around the replacement of carpeted and tiled flooring with 3/8 inch Engineered Hardwood in a glue-down installation. This was a project that we, homeowners, had started the previous May, but after completing our great room, the project lost momentum leaving our downstairs in a half-baked configuration. We were simply not looking forward to tackling the myriad of difficult cuts required for our front entry-way, parlor, and hallway, all of which are at odd angles to the walls opposite. In late November, we decided to hire a professional. We found Ian and contacted him via email and he came to our condominium ON TIME, sized up the work and had an estimate/contract prepared for us shortly thereafter. Some prices are a set amount, while others are by square-foot or linear foot. It was all clear up-front. We removed the baseboards, carpet, carpet liner, carpet tack strips, and tile ourselves, revealing a concrete sub-floor upon which the new project would be glued. We were not, however, able to chip away the mortar that was underneath the tile. Lucky for us, Ian had a tool similar to a jack hammer that was able to do that job. The particular choice of materials and the method of installation were ours, and were not products he had worked with prior. Ian listened to our own experiences and in addition did his own research, including contacting the company. So when he began work, he was able to hit the ground running. We should mention that this was "click and lock" flooring in name only; it takes some real persuasion with a hammer to get each piece to lay flat. And the glue, although a great product, is also very messy, requiring constant cleanup. The project also involved the installation of baseboards. We chose 1x4 common board, and did the sanding, priming, and painting ourselves, leaving the cuts and installation for Ian. He caulked all the gaps, leaving a finished, professional look. There were no surprises during the installation. Ian asked all the right questions, and turned our vision into reality in less than a week. Having done this work, ourselves, the previous May, I can tell you that his constantly cheerful attitude must be a superpower of some sort. So, now, the project is complete, the place looks great and we can once again welcome our cars into the garage, just in time for winter. This is a link to a photo on google drive showing some of Ian's work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4P1TMU9HITkMWk4Y0dIVG0wSGM/view?usp=sharing We were delighted with how it all turned out. Ramos was great! He was knowledgeable about what needed to happen with our outlet that needed repair and he took care of some caulking for us as well. He worked quickly and did his work well. We also had a nice conversation. I'll request Ramos again if we need any more work done.

MR. Phelps came to my house and spent about 15 minutes looking at what I needed done. He verbally estimated $75 for the job and we agreed he would do the work the next day. Since we did not have anything in writing he could not get a hold of me to tell me he would not be there at 10:30 a.m. as agreed. We he did find my number he called at 1:50 and said he would be there soon. He finally showed at 4:00. He did the job and decided to return the next day to put finishing touches and clean up. He was on time this time. I was not able to be home by the time he finished and my wife paid him. He charged $100 for the work, which was satisfactory and he did do more than we had discussed. However, he also charged a $50.00 "consultation fee" for the approximately 15 minutes he spent looking at what needed to be done. For this reason I cannot give him the 5 star rating requested and I will find someone else if I decide to do the other bathroom. I also spent approximately 45 minutes doing additional cleanup of dried grout and caulk on the tiles walls around the tub.

Frank showed up when he said he would, he didn't try to upsell me on anything , when the project became more involved than we planned he didn't overcharge me . He was open to adding other small jobs as they came up during the project without charging me a fortune for the extra. I felt he was fair, kind, and competent . Definitely going to use him in the future. In all he replaced quarter round remodeled woodwork the dog had chewed, cleaned up great stuff insulation and caulk the bathroom , my renter's idea of insulation , patched plaster , hang light fixtures and ceiling vent. He also fixed two doors so they would close properly . I couldn't be more satisfied the price was very reasonable

Myers and sons did a wonderful job painting my house. They came out early to adequately scope the project, came in exactly on budget and did an excellent job. They even caulked some holes which wasn't required but shows he was interested in doing a quality job. I would certainly recommend Myers and sons.

Michael contacted me right after I had posted a request for work on my bathroom. His initial offer seemed fair and he was friendly and professional upon initial contact. I asked Mike if he could repair some drywall in my half bathroom and apply a coat of primer. He did an excellent and timely job in doing so and also added caulk to areas that needed it along the floor boards. His attention to detail was apparent in the quality of work he provided. In addition to the work Mike did on my bathroom, he also went above and beyond with patching up carpet that my dog had destroyed. While the work could have been easily done in one day, the mud used for the drywall required the time to dry before sanding could be completed. He maintained constant contact with me regarding the status of the projects as well as following up on when he would arrive for work. Mike's flexibility with my schedule was very much appreciated and he also did a great job with the clean up. I look forward to consulting with Mike on future projects.

We hired Nathan for an interior painting job. He communicated very well with us, letting us know if he was running a bit late, answered our phone calls with questions right away. Got the job done quickly, but very thoroughly-6 hours for 5 rooms. He even took on a bit extra and caulked an area that was open for us. Very reasonably priced and very friendly!

Michael provided an estimate after coming out to assess the project. With the estimate we set a date. We had a toilet installation a kitchen counter, shower, and a tub re-caulked and handles put on shower and bath tub for $425. They were neat and clean
