Brian arrived at my home, identified the problem and returned with the materials Ndebele to fix the job right. If he tells me a jub is within his scope of work, I can believe him and I know he’ll do it to my high level of satisfaction and it will be done right. Plus, he’s a nice guy. I will definitely use him again.

In the world we’re living in today a lot of people don’t want to work. Brian is not one of those people. He’s a young man who wants to work hard to make a place for himself. I’m glad I found him on Thumbtack. I hired him to put a gate in a chain link fence and a gutter on my gazebo. We had a nice discussion and decided I also needed gutter guards on the new gutter and part of the house. Brian was very accommodating. He did the job on Memorial Day (Monday) because both of us were celebrating with our families on Sunday. I will definitely hire him again.

Brian came to check out an electric smoker grill that stopped working. After determining that the electric outlet wasn't the issue, he checked out the interior of the grill and found some wire issues and a blown fuse. He went to the store to get replacement fuses, completed the necessary work, tested the grill to make sure it was working correctly, then had me come out to take a look. Interestingly enough, the grill shut off by itself. But no problem, Brian found the issue, corrected it, and now my grill works as good as new. And the bill was VERY reasonable at $120 for the diagnosis and repairs, and $6 for the parts.
Brian was very good at communicating what he was doing, and I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian and Hard Hats Home Repair and More to fix any electrical issue you may be experiencing. I know that I'll be hiring Brian for any repairs I may have in the future.
