Getting in touch with 4P Properties is the best thing that has happened to my yard!!! ( and me :) My grass was completely over the top and just giving me nightmares!! As soon as I contacted 4P Properties, he responded immediately, and after explaining my situation, and expressing my concerns, he not only came out within the hour, but actually beat me home and was already just about finished when I arrived!! Not only is he responsive, but also professional, understanding and places no judgment. 4P Properties is officially my lawn care service go to!! I will recommend 4P to anyone at anytime. Hands down!!
