Update 5/8/26: BigOx Landscaping did beautiful work initially and communication was great during the estimate and install process. Unfortunately, once issues came up afterward, the follow-through changed significantly. I was told plants would be replaced if they didn’t recover, but getting updates or responses became difficult. I understand landscaping can take time and plants can struggle, but consistent communication and follow-up matter just as much as the original install. Overall, they seem very attentive when everything is going smoothly, but support becomes inconsistent when there are post-project concerns. I LOVE my landscaping. They were patient with my changes and all of my questions. The work is QUALITY and looks stunning. They took my vision and made it come to life. Thank you!
